Rebecca graduated from Utrecht University. She has been practising law since 2005 and specialises in family law.
Rebecca handles divorce proceedings initiated by one party or by mutual consent. You can also consult her on matters relating to parental responsibility, care and access arrangements, and child and spousal maintenance.
Rebecca is a registered MfN (family) mediator. She assists parties in mediation processes concerning family disputes. In addition, she is regularly appointed by the court as a special guardian in cases concerning parental responsibility and access arrangements (so-called Section 1:250 of the Dutch Civil Code proceedings).
Rebecca is registered with the Legal Aid Board as a solicitor, mediator and special guardian.
