Karlijn Hol studied Law at Utrecht University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in labour law at Leiden University. In addition to her studies, she has volunteered at the Utrecht Legal Advice Centre in the Labour Law and Social Security section. She was also chair of Utrechtshulp, the Utrecht association for legal aid and mediation. Karlijn has a preference for employment law because of its dynamic and lively nature: everyone deals with employment law at some point.
Karlijn joined Bolder Advocaten as a working student in February 2026.
