Fabrizia graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has been practising as a solicitor since 1988. She specialises in (international) commercial law and (international) family and youth law. In 2003, she completed the specialist training programme run by the Association of Family and Inheritance Law Solicitors and Divorce Mediators.
Fabrizia handles unilateral and joint divorce applications and has also been handling collaborative divorces using the Collaborative Divorce method since 2011. You can also consult her on matters relating to matrimonial property law, parental authority, care and access arrangements, and maintenance. She frequently advises on international family law cases, with particular expertise in Italian family law. Fabrizia also assists clients involved in mediation.
In 2022, she qualified as a Parenting Coordinator. Fabrizia has been registered as an MfN (family) mediator since 2003 and acts in that capacity in divorce cases and other family law matters.
