Bert studied in Leiden and has been working at Bolder Advocaten since 2007. He assists companies and private individuals in civil and corporate law disputes. He advises, negotiates and litigates.
Bert speaks and writes fluent German and has a particular interest in and experience with legal issues with a German (language) aspect. This includes, for example, assisting German companies with disputes in the Netherlands and advising Dutch companies entering the German market.
